Beginning in June, when you’re shopping for fabulous Pride outfits or stocking up for your weekend brunch,  you can make a difference by visiting some of our amazing corporate partners who are raising funds in  support of Rainbow Railroad’s mission.

IN ONTARIO:

LCBO: For Love Pairs with Everything, the LCBO’s annual Pride fundraising campaign, customers at stores across the province have the option to donate alongside their in-store purchases. The Campaign runs from June 11 to June 30 and for the third consecutive year, Rainbow Railroad is one of the charitable beneficiaries, splitting the total funds raised with five other local charities supporting the LGBTQI+ community. 

The Beer Store: From June 3rd to 30th, when you visit any The Beer Store outlet in Ontario, you can make a cash donation at the check-out or donate your empties to Rainbow Railroad.

ACROSS CANADA

TD Bank: Forever Proud, Forever Progressing. Rainbow Railroad’s longest-supporting Corporate Partner, TD is bringing back its ½ ounce TD Pride Silver Round with 100% of the net proceeds donated to Rainbow Railroad. Buy yours today at a TD Branch or online at preciousmetals.td.com

IKEA Canada: IKEA has always stood for ‘the many people’, an idea that does not discriminate. We’re committed to creating an inclusive environment where customers and co-workers of all sexual orientations and gender identities can feel at home, not just at IKEA but everywhere – that’s why we’re proud to support Rainbow Railroad and the important work they do. You can help too simply by purchasing a slice of Rainbow cake from IKEA between June 1 and July 31. All sales during this time will be donated to Rainbow Railroad – a contribution of up to $200,000 that will go towards their goal of assisting approximately 500 LGBTQI+ individuals resettle to Canada this year. BMO Rainbow Deposits: The vibrant colours of rainbows fill our communities as we celebrate Pride Month. But what if those rainbows could change lives? Telus: Do you want to get exclusive discounts on TELUS or Koodo services and give back to Rainbow Railroad at the same time? We’ve partnered with TELUS to give you access to these exclusive offers and with every activation, TELUS will make a donation on your behalf to us.

RW&Co: Since 2022, RW&Co has made a Pride donation to Rainbow Railroad’s mission and for Pride 2024, they have launched a creative new campaign, Blind Date with a Book where customers can support our work by purchasing a classic LGBTQI+ book without knowing what title they are buying. Each book in the campaign is meticulously wrapped in original artwork, created by artist Dalkhafine, concealing its title and cover. Just like a blind date, you won’t know what you’ve picked until you unwrap it. It’s a delightful way to discover new reads and support 2SLGBTQI+ stories while contributing to a worthy cause.
