When I Am Free, Rainbow Railroad's annual benefit concert, returns this year to honor its founder and former Board Chair, Bruce Koff. The event also launches the annual When I Am Free fundraising campaign in the Greater Chicago area, raising critical funds to help LGBTQI+ people fleeing anti-LGBTQI+ persecution find safe pathways to freedom.
This year's event features the return of Tony-nominated actress and two-time Best Jazz Vocalist winner Ann Hampton Callaway, backed by the Ramsey Lewis Legacy Band. The evening will also include remarks from Rainbow Railroad's leadership and members of our community.
When I Am Free is also an opportunity to celebrate and thank our Chicago community for its continued support.
You can learn more about the event, or purchase tickets, here. A limited number of VIP tickets are available for purchase.
Join us on October 10 for an evening of exceptional artistry for an exceptional cause!
