Jackson joined Rainbow Railroad in April of 2024 with a background in corporate social responsibility and fundraising, eager to grow into a cause-driven space close to his heart and identity. An Ohio native living in Los Angeles, Jackson is passionate about developing the private sector and financial capital into forces for good and is currently completing his master’s in Social Entrepreneurship at the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business.
Impact has always driven Jackson’s work ethic. Prior to Rainbow Railroad, he worked at the Milken Institute to streamline capital as a vehicle for good, Tony’s Chocolonely to eliminate forced labor in the chocolate industry, and Chegg.org to expand access to education and learning worldwide. Outside of work, Jackson enjoys trying to fit too many hobbies into his day, including pole dancing, thrifting, hiking, drag, dancing away worries, and supporting and teaching about queer entrepreneurship
