Krista is a partner at Torys LLP and the co-head of Torys’ Infrastructure and Energy Practice. With her significant expertise, Krista has been recognized as a leading lawyer in infrastructure and energy M&A and project development, both in Canada and internationally.
Over Krista’s 25-year career, she has advised many boards, governments, private equity firms and public corporations on their corporate transactions and corporate governance matters.
Krista is a member of Torys’ Executive Committee, charged with overseeing the management of the firm, and is part of Torys’ Diversity and Inclusion Committee. She also serves as a director and vice-chair of The York School, a Canadian Accredited Independent School (CAIS) in Toronto.
