Roland Kwesiga (Him, his), was born and raised in Uganda and is a family oriented professional with approximately 8 years of experience in customer service, retail marketing, banking, community engagement and services sectors.

Roland enjoys participating and contributing to community organizations such as Metropolitan Community Church of Toronto, Red House Community Services, Black CAP and more.

Roland finds purpose in helping people and serving the community, previously working as a Shelter Relief, supporting the homeless though settlement and finding housing for newcomers, providing guidance to clients (especially those high risk) to mitigate or minimize risks to themselves, and supporting the LGBTQ+ people to get the needed support while at shelters.

Roland believes in the power of people and how together as a community we can enact change and representation to those amongst us – near and far without a voice.
 
Roland past professional experience includes work with Toronto Dominion Bank (TD Bank) as a Customer Experience Associate prior to joining Rainbow Railroad.
