Michelle joined Rainbow Railroad part time in the summer of 2021 before permanently joining the organization in 2022. Throughout her time with Rainbow Railroad Michelle has held various positions in the organization before settling into her current role as Senior HR Administrator. She holds a Bachelor of Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Arts in Global Health, and a Certificate in Emergency Management from York University, and is currently in pursuit of her CHRP designation. Michelle is excited to be able to draw on her experience and education to provide support to best enable Rainbow Railroad in accomplishing their mission in supporting the global LGBTQI community.
When not at Rainbow Railroad, Michelle can be found spending time crocheting and crafting.
