Michael is Rainbow Railroad’s Senior Development Officer, Major Gifts USA – managing the organization’s major gifts program in the United States.
Michael has an extensive background in nonprofit fundraising across the NYC-metro area and has held roles at the New York Restoration Project, the Intrepid Museum and the Children’s Museum of the Arts in New York City, where he has successfully driven impactful fundraising initiatives and built meaningful donor relationships. Additionally, he has served on the fundraising committee for Trinity Place Shelter, an LGBTQI+ youth homeless shelter.
Michael is a graduate of Hunter College and currently lives in Stamford, CT with his partner David, and their Siberian Husky, Monti. Outside of work, he enjoys browsing used bookstores, exploring museums, supporting local drag, and studying Spanish.
