Marina Paleka is a Toronto-based professional currently serving as a representative for BMO Capital Markets. In her role, she supports the CEO in strategic initiatives and organizational management. As Global Co-Chair for BMO Pride ERG, she champions diversity and inclusion within the organization. Marina also actively participates in industry events, such as the Canadian Securities Lending Association (CASLA) conference in 2024. In June 2024, she contributed to a panel discussion on allyship and intersectionality within the 2SLGBTQ+ community, organized by the Toronto Chapter of Women in Securities Finance.
