Kathryn is Rainbow Railroad’s Director of Donor Relations – leading our Development Operations including donation tracking, onboarding and maintenance of platforms and processes used by the team, prospect research and donor stewardship. She focuses on helping ensure our team runs more efficiently and that team members are able to do their roles more effectively. Her passion is working for an organization that can make a positive impact in the world and she has over 10 years of experience in the non-profit sector. Outside of work, Kathryn enjoys staying active and trying new experiences – including, but not limited to cycling, hiking and boxing.
