Enloe brings to Rainbow Railroad more than 10 years of experience in major gift procurement across the non-profit sector. He has served in such roles as Principal Major Gifts Development Manager for San Francisco’s Wikimedia Foundation and Wikimedia Endowment; Director of Advancement for Regis College at the University of Toronto; Director of Development for Toronto’s CRC | Regent Park Community Food Centre; and Fund Development Manager, Faith & Community, for Habitat for Humanity Greater Toronto Area. As well, he has provided philanthropic and stakeholder engagement expertise in a variety of volunteer capacities, including ongoing involvement as a Grantmaking Advisory Committee member for the Toronto- based Foundation for Black Communities and an Executive Committee member of the Alumni/ae Association for UofT’s Emmanuel College. An avid supporter of global housing justice work, Enloe serves as a regular construction crew member with Habitat for Humanity affiliates in Canada, the United States, and Ireland. He is a former presenter in Habitat’s behalf at Canada’s National Congress on Housing and Homelessness, and he is founder of Canada’s first Habitat Pride Build, an LGBTQI+ donor and volunteer engagement initiative introduced as an official WorldPride Toronto 2014 Affiliate Event and now a recurring Habitat occasion proximate to Pride observances across Canada.

Enloe is a 2015-16 Toronto CivicAction DiverseCity Fellow alumnus; holds post-secondary degrees in theology, journalism, and mass communication; and currently is pursuing doctoral studies in comparative mythology. A native of Cleveland, he is a dual Canadian/U.S. citizen passionate about active intercultural encounter, world travel, music, and visual arts.
