Anne-Marie is an actuary who serves as an independent board director for the Gore Mutual Insurance Company and for the Lawyers’ Professional Indemnity Company. She also serves on the Departmental Audit Committee of Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada. She brings broad experience as a senior insurance executive and expertise in risk management, data analytics and financial reporting.
With a long history of involvement in community and charitable organizations, Anne-Marie nurtures a special passion for children’s mental health issues in addition to LGBTQI+ diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
She recently served as chair of the board for the George Hull Centre for Children and Families and was executive sponsor of the Pride Employee Resource Group at RBC, earning her the Out on Bay Street Professional Leadership Award in 2014.
Anne-Marie holds a C. Dir. (Chartered Director) from The Directors College, an MBA from the Ivey School of Business and a BSc in actuarial science from Laval University.
